  • Customized or personalized jewellery is non-returnable.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Exchanges

  • Exchange is possible for defective or damaged items. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video).

Non-returnable Items

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons), personalized jewellery, and sale items cannot be returned/refunded.
